Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store teams by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
• Drive customer service initiatives and ensure store performance aligns with company standards.
• Monitor PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and control expenses in the designated area.
• Oversee merchandising, inventory flow, store operations and action plans to reduce shrink.
