• Lead and develop store teams through training, coaching and feedback.
• Drive store financial performance by reviewing and evaluating PL and managing budgets.
• Coordinate and oversee job-related activities with key stakeholders to meet customer and business needs.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and promote integrity and a culture of belonging.
