Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates and providing feedback.
• Communicates and collaborates with all levels of associates on store operations and initiatives.
• Implements business solutions and drives change to align with company direction.
• Models exceptional customer service and supports customer initiatives and community programs.
• Manages budgeting, forecasting and expenses to protect sales and profit in the designated area.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates and promotes belonging.
