Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Attends and completes job-required trainings and assessments (e.g., Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Preferred: BS in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, listening to associates, and providing feedback.
• Drives store performance by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensure customer needs and issues are resolved and promote a culture of belonging.
• Coordinate relationships with stakeholders, oversee tasks, and promote continuous learning.
