Responsibilities

• Lead and develop teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; touring stores and providing feedback.
• Drive customer service by modeling and implementing Walmart's One Best Way service model and resolving issues.
• Manage store financial performance, budgeting, forecasting, and expense controls to align with sales goals.
• Oversee merchandise presentation, inventory flow, and seasonal transitions to maximize sales and minimize shrink.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to achieve business goals and foster a culture of belonging and continuous learning.
