Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and supervise overnight team operations.
• Mentor and coach team to improve customer service and sales.
• Document disciplinary actions and recommend discharges.
• Manage P&L, achieve sales, and control shrink.
• Ensure training and safety standards are met.
• Open and close the store and gas station; unload deliveries.
• Operate powered equipment and maintain a safe work environment.
