Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven leadership experience in retail/grocery.
• Ability to analyze financial and store metrics.

Responsibilities

• Onboard, train and develop team members; provide coaching and feedback for success.
• Identify talent and build a diverse talent pipeline for store roles.
• Engage in candid discussions to uphold Meijer standards and growth.
• Oversee area operations and financial results, including budget and scheduling.
