Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Engages with team members to ensure onboarding, training and development, coaching and feedback.

• Oversees area operations and financial results to maximize sales and productivity.
• Drives safety and compliance, and manages store conditions and procedures.
• Guides Leads in daily work assignments and training needs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
