Responsibilities

• Model and deliver excellent customer service to all customers.
• Support and uphold store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns and handle cash according to SOPs.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Assist in store recovery and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• Provide and accept feedback; follow labor laws and policies.
