Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers and helping them find what they need.
• Assist customers with finding products, reaching items, carrying heavy purchases, and passing along feedback to the team.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate product, and ensure freshness.
• Tag shelves with overstock and report issues to the scanning coordinator.
• Maintain dress code, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• Work with teammates to support a smooth overnight operation.
