Job summary

Hy-Vee is seeking an Overnight Stocker to keep shelves full and organized for the next morning shoppers. You’ll unload trucks, stock aisles, rotate products, and assist customers with finding items while maintaining safety and backroom organization.

This role welcomes applicants with no prior experience; training is provided. It requires teamwork, reliability, and the ability to work overnight hours in a fast-paced grocery environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Up to six months of similar or related work experience preferred.
• No prior experience is required; we provide training and support.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and help them find what they need.
• Unload trucks and stock shelves, rotate products, and keep backroom organized.
• Monitor for mis-picks, product outs, and wrong deliveries, and report issues.
• Maintain cleanliness and organize stock to support overnight operations.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure a smooth, efficient overnight process.
• Follow Hy-Vee dress code, safety policies, and company guidelines.
