Hy-Vee is seeking an Overnight Stock Manager to lead the overnight crew in keeping our store stocked, organized, and ready for the day. You will manage orders, supervise truck unloads, train staff, and troubleshoot equipment to ensure a smooth morning operation.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Three to five years of similar or related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the overnight stock crew and managers, assign duties, and conduct check-ins.
• Oversee ordering from the warehouse and coordinate with assistants managers.
• Manage inventory setup and backstock in the CARs system.
• Unload trucks, break down pallets, and check in deliveries.
• Train new employees on stocking, pricing, and customer service.
• Prepare and adjust the overnight stock schedule and handle time-off requests.
• Ensure compliance with dress code, hygiene, and company policies.
