Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; three to five years of similar or related work experience preferred.
• Ability to frequently lift up to 100 pounds and work overnight shifts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the overnight stock crew, directing duties and monitoring performance.
• Oversee ordering from the warehouse, including pre-orders for grocery and supplies.
• Coordinate inventory systems (C.A.R.S.) and manage understock/backstock scenarios.
• Train new employees on stocking, customer service, and department procedures.
• Schedule overnight stock shifts and approve time-off requests; maintain safety and compliance.
