Job summary

Hy-Vee’s Overnight Stocker role supports the overnight team to keep shelves full, organized, and ready for customers each morning. You’ll unload trucks, rotate product, tag shelves, and ensure backroom order, directly shaping the morning shopping experience.

Ideal candidates stay active, work well in a team, and take pride in quality work. You’ll follow dress code and policies, assist in other store areas as needed, and report to the Store Director/Manager and Overnight Stock Manager.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; up to six months of related experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and operate pallet jacks or similar equipment.
• Overnight shift availability and willingness to work nights.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and help them find what they need.
• Unload trucks, stock shelves, rotate products, and manage backroom.
• Tag shelves, report mis-picks or mis-deliveries, and maintain orderly stock.
• Work with teammates to ensure efficient overnight operation.
• Maintain dress code and store policies.
