• Supervise overnight stock operations and coordinate with managers.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness and process accuracy during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Set department standards for service, cleanliness, and profitability.
• Supervise overnight stock crew, assign duties and monitor productivity.
• Oversee receiving, unloading, and stocking from warehouse and vendors.
• Manage inventory setup, understock/backstock, and order reviews.
• Train new employees on stocking, tags, UPCs, and customer service.
• Assist with customer service including checkout and day-end reports.
• Write overnight stock schedule and handle time-off and overtime.
• Ensure equipment, dress code, and policies are followed.
