Job summary

Meijer in Indianapolis is seeking an Overnight Stock Supervisor to lead night teams across departments, ensuring fast, friendly service and adherence to company standards during the overnight shift.

You will staff and develop team members, mentor supervisors, handle disciplinary actions, monitor P&L and shrink, execute training, and maintain store appearance and safety while delivering exceptional service aligned with the Meijer Friendly Initiative.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experienceleading store teams and departments.
• Ability to analyze store metrics and plan staffing.

Responsibilities

• Ensure courteous, friendly, and efficient service to customers and team members.
• Staffing, selection and hiring to meet staffing needs.
• Promote career paths and development, including promotion decisions.
• Document disciplinary actions and discharge recommendations.
• Responsible for P&L, achieving sales and controlling shrink.
• Model exceptional, fast, and friendly customer service.
• Lead the Meijer Friendly Initiative in team meetings and actions.
• Ensure thorough training of team members and compliance with required training.
• Spend time in-store communicating with customers and team members to ensure service quality.
• Maintain a safe work environment and reliable attendance.
