Job summary

Hilton Miami Downtown seeks an Overnight Stewarding Supervisor to manage the stewarding department during the afternoon and evening shifts. You will supervise evening stewards, ensure utensil sanitation, and uphold Health department requirements and hotel guidelines.

Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, overseeing equipment operation, and training staff in safety procedures. A High School diploma or related experience is preferred, with prior supervisory background valued.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise evening stewards, pot washers, and night stewards to ensure sanitation and proper storage.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and hotel guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness across kitchens, back dock, and related areas; monitor equipment and supplies.
