Responsibilities include bed checks, medication monitoring, conflict resolution, and basic housekeeping tasks. A high school diploma or equivalent plus residential experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a residential or similar environment.
• Knowledge of medication administration procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform bed checks per policy and procedures.
• Document behavioral issues or problems that occur during the shift.
• Monitor residents as they take prescribed medications and maintain the Medication Log.
• Provide conflict resolution to help residents resolve disputes or conflicts.
• Conduct Urinalysis Drug Tests when required, following proper protocols.
• Perform daily house laundry as needed.
• Ensure house snacks are stocked and readily available for residents.

Job Summary

The Overnight Resident Supervisor provides supervision and support to residents during overnight shifts when House Leaders are not available. This role ensures the safety and well-being of residents, maintaining a structured and supportive environment.

General Accountabilities

• Ensure all bed checks are performed per policy and procedures.
• Document all behavioral issues or problems that occur during the shift.
• Monitor residents as they take their prescribed medications and ensure the Medication Log is completed.
• Provide conflict resolution to assist residents in resolving disputes or conflicts.
