• Physical stamina and the ability to stay awake and alert during overnight shifts.

• Physical Stamina: Ability to stay alert and responsive throughout overnight shifts, including standing, sitting, and walking for extended periods.
• Lifting and Carrying: Capability to lift and assist residents or carry supplies as needed, typically up to 25 pounds.
• Manual Dexterity: Skillful use of hands to perform tasks such as managing paperwork or operating equipment.
• Visual and Auditory Acuity: Good vision and hearing to monitor residents' well-being and respond to any emergencies or needs.
• Mobility: Ability to move freely around the facility and access various areas as needed.
• Sensory Abilities: Acute senses to ensure the safety and support of residents, including responding to verbal and non-verbal cues.
