Job summary

CIRCLE LODGE seeks a reliable Residential Counselor to supervise residents overnight in our behavioral health facility. You will maintain a safe, calm environment, monitor safety, complete shift documentation, and follow facility policies during overnight hours.

You should possess a high school diploma or GED and be able to stay alert and professional through late shifts. Experience in behavioral health or human services is preferred, and you must pass background checks and any state licensing
