Job summary

Hilto is seeking a part-time overnight maintenance crew member to support hotel operations and guest comfort.

You will deliver and retrieve items for guests, assist with cleaning public areas, and ensure corridors, lobby and floors meet cleanliness standards.

This role requires physical stamina to lift heavy carts, stand for long periods, and communicate effectively with guests and staff.

Qualifications

• Maintenance skills preferred.
• Talk to many different kinds of people to give information, answer questions and provide required services.
• Lift all equipment and supplies on and off cart.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and night auditor.
• Assist in cleaning and maintain all corridors, elevators, public areas, public bathrooms, lobby, landings, and service areas on guest room floors, ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness during overnight hours.

JOB SUMMARY

Minimal maintence during overnight hours; details to be discussed

Deliver and retrieve items requested by guests and night auditor.

Assist in cleaning and maintain all corridors, elevators, public areas, public bathrooms, lobby, landings, and service areas on guest room floors, ensuring hotel's standards of cleanliness during overnight hours.

Walking property inside and outside and completing checklist.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

Maintenance skills preferred

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Ability to lift, reach, bend, stoop, stand and walk continuously, climb stairs, and push or pull heavy equipment
• Pushing two hundred (200) pound carts
• Lifting one hundred (100) pounds maximum.
• Stand and walk for varying lengths of time, often long periods
• Frequent twisting, bending, stooping, reaching, standing, walking, talking, hearing, seeing and smiling.
