The Overnight Spa Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for ensuring that room assignments are completed accurately and timely. They inspect guest rooms, create room assignments, utilize software for reports, and ensure corrective measures are taken if needed.

Essential Functions

• Ensure all guest room assignments are completed accurately and on time.
• Inspect guest rooms to uphold Forbes standards.
• Create room assignments for Housekeeping staff.
• Use software to generate reports.
• Address associate issues with appropriate corrective measures.
• Ensure rooms are cleaned thoroughly per resort protocol.
• Fulfill guest requests efficiently.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed.
• Address policy infractions promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Fluent in English.
• Ability to multitask.
• Must be 18 or older.
