Job summary

Allied Universal in Reno is seeking a SOC Security Analyst to strengthen the client’s RSOC/GSOC operations. The position requires at least 1 year of security experience and offers a pay rate of $19.86 per hour with Fri-Sun overnight shifts.

You will monitor security systems, respond to incidents, conduct patrols, prepare reports for the Shift Manager, and maintain logs while delivering excellent customer service to clients across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in security operations or similar 24x7 center.
• Strong IT skills, data entry, and 25 wpm typing.
• Knowledge of GDPR and data protection.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service adhering to site policies and emergency procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and solve problems.
• Conduct patrols and monitor RSOC/GSOC procedures and alarms.
• Prepare high-quality daily/weekly/monthly reports for GPS management.
• Monitor security systems and alarms, and coordinate incident responses.
