Job summary

Noran Neurological Clinic is seeking an Overnight Sleep Technologist to join our Sleep Center in Blaine, MN. The ideal candidate is a registered sleep technologist with experience in conducting sleep studies and providing patient care during overnight shifts.

The role is 39 hours per week, with a flexible three‑day schedule, hours 6:45pm–7:45am, training at Blaine and Bloomington, and a $1.50 shift differential. A signing bonus is offered for this position.

Qualifications

• Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification or equivalent.
• Experience in performing sleep studies using polysomnography and related equipment.
• Ability to monitor patients throughout overnight shifts and respond to issues promptly.
• Excellent communication with patients and healthcare teams.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CPAP/BiPAP/MAD therapy, sleep disorder basics.

Responsibilities

• Conduct overnight sleep studies (Polysomnography) according to protocols.
• Prepare patients for sleep studies, explain procedures, position patients, apply equipment.
• Monitor patient conditions overnight and adjust equipment as needed.
• Document patient information, study data, and observations accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians and sleep team to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain a clean, safe sleep lab and comply with infection control protocols.
