Cascadia Healthcare is seeking a Night Shift Registered Nurse (NOC RN) to join our team and provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents overnight. This role features a rotating schedule (6 on, 7 off) with an 1800–0630 shift, requiring strong clinical leadership and robust documentation.

As the NOC RN, you will assess conditions, implement care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and families while ensuring safety, dignity, and regulatory compliance for

Qualifications

• Current, active RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Knowledge of nursing best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
• Monitor resident conditions and respond promptly to changes in health status.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized care plans.
• Communicate with physicians, residents, families, and inter-disciplinary team.
• Serve as a clinical leader and support nursing staff on shift.
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
• Maintain narcotic records and medication documentation.
• Complete assessments, physician orders, progress notes, and documentation.
• Respond to changes with CPR and emergency interventions as needed.
