As a NOC Shift LPN, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our residents receive safe, high-quality care throughout the night. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide skilled nursing services, oversee medication administration, coordinate care, and serve as an advocate for residents and their families. Graduate of accredited LPN School of Nursing.
Current valid LPN license in the state employed.
Valid CPR certification.
Six months experience in a long-term care environment preferred.
