Job summary

Cura Health is seeking dedicated Overnight Registered Nurses (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our care team. This nighttime role focuses on providing high-quality nursing care, patient safety, and continuous support during the overnight hours.

Ideal candidates will have an active RN/LPN license, an accredited nursing program background, and overnight/acute care experience. Strong assessment, communication, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Current RN or LPN license.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Overnight or acute care nursing experience preferred.
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and stay focused during overnight hours.
• Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care during overnight shifts, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and responding to patient needs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to maintain continuity of care and communicate any significant patient status changes promptly.
• Perform thorough documentation of all patient interactions, treatments, and assessments.
• Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients throughout the night.
• Respond efficiently to emergencies and provide support in urgent situations.
