Job summary

The Salvation Army is seeking a supervisor to oversee shelter operations, coordinate staff and volunteers, and ensure the welfare of residents. You will conduct intake interviews, supervise rooms, and support crisis response while maintaining orderly shelter operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees all shift operations and coordinates staff, participants, and services.

• Supervises shelter residents to ensure rules and safety; de-escalates crises as needed.
• Maintains cleanliness of shelter areas and supports food service preparations.
