Responsibilities

• Assist the Program Director with HR management for all employees on their shift.
• Maintain a safe staffing level and oversee overnight shift operations.
• Facilitate guest placement and coordinate with case-managers for shelter access.
• Prepare incident and program violation reports as needed, and contact emergency services when required.
• Perform daily facility rounds and maintain guest confidentiality.
• Enter daily/monthly demographics and program statistics.
