Job summary

The Salvation Army USA Central Territory's Adult Rehabilitation Center in Kansas City, MO is seeking a dependable Program Assistant On Duty for overnight shifts to help maintain a safe, supportive environment.

You will conduct rounds, monitor curfews, assist with admissions and medication procedures, handle incident reporting, and support daily program operations during three overnight shifts per week (11:00 PM–7:00 AM).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to work overnight shifts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety, security, and order during overnight shifts.
• Complete incident reports and required documentation.
• Monitor beneficiary movement, curfew compliance, and pass schedules.
• Lead house meetings and communicate program reminders.
• Support accountability and engagement within the program.
