Job summary

Shelter House is seeking a Residential Coordinator PT to supervise the domestic violence shelter during the Sat-Sun, 12am–8am shift. The role acts as the first point of contact for client needs, handles crisis intervention, and ensures a safe, orderly living environment.

Responsibilities include documenting interactions, collaborating with case managers to support service plans, and reporting daily activities for continuity. Requires 2+ years in human services and a HS diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in human services.
• Ability to build strong working relationships with clients and team members.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends when needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide essential 24-hour awake coverage and supervision of the domestic violence shelter.
• Act as lead on shift and first point of contact for client needs and support.
• Crisis intervention, facilities management, and safe operation of front desk.
