Qualifications

• Education: Associate Degree in Human Services or related field preferred; equivalent combo of education and experience considered.
• Credentials: Valid and clean NYS Driver’s License.
• Experience: Two years in human services, crisis intervention, residential settings or emergency services; homeless client experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operation of the residence and ensures safety for staff and residents.
• Conducts intakes for individuals entering the residence.
• Provides crisis intervention and conflict management to residents.
• Completes incident reports within one hour with full details and notifications.
• Ensures residents meet with onsite medical providers and maintains logs and census data.
