Responsibilities

• Monitors residents to ensure a safe therapeutic environment.
• Cover nonclinical psychoeducational groups as needed.
• Observes peer-led activities and provides transportation when needed.
• Conducts room searches to ensure safety of environment and participants.
• Completes documentation and incident reports per agency standards.
• Responds to emergencies as required and supports trauma-informed care.
