1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. is seeking a motivated Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team. You will provide first-level support to employees, troubleshoot hardware and software, and manage support tickets.

This overnight schedule requires Friday to Tuesday nights, 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM, with Wednesdays and Thursdays off. You will work with tools like Microsoft Dynamics, BMC Helix, and LogMeIn to keep enterprise systems running smoothly.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree or equivalent IT experience required.
• 1 year IT support or related experience preferred but not required.
• Basic hardware, software, Windows OS and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Aufgaben

• Provide friendly, professional technical support to employees.
• Answer incoming IT support calls, document issues, and work toward first-call resolution.
• Create, track, and manage support tickets and pre-approved work orders.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 account management, including password resets.
• Provide remote technical assistance using tools such as LogMeIn.
• Monitor enterprise systems, alerts, and scheduled jobs, escalating issues as needed.
• Document incidents and communicate updates during outages.
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members and ensure follow-up.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge base.
• Collaborate with IT team to support daily operations and SLA adherence.
• Participate in training and process improvements.
