1-800-FLOWERS.COM, Inc. is seeking a motivated Junior Service Desk Analyst to join our IT team. You will provide first-level IT support, resolve hardware/software issues, and manage tickets to ensure smooth operations across the organization.

This role requires an overnight schedule (Fri–Tue nights, 11:30 PM–8:00 AM) with non-negotiable hours and weekend work. Candidates should have an associate degree in IT or related field and strong problem-solving skills.

Qualifikationen

• Associate degree in Information Technology or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 1 year IT support or Help Desk experience preferred but not required.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, Windows OS, and network troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Able to manage multiple requests with attention to detail and work under overnight schedule.

Aufgaben

• Provide friendly, professional, timely technical support to employees.
• Answer calls, document issues, and aim for first-call resolution using Microsoft Dynamics.
• Create, track, and manage support tickets and pre-approved work orders (e.g., via BMC Helix).
• Troubleshoot basic hardware, software, network, and application issues.
• Assist with Microsoft 365 account management (creation, modifications, password resets).
• Provide remote support using tools like LogMeIn and monitor enterprise systems for alerts.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff and document incidents.
• Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge base articles.
• Support daily IT operations and smooth shift transitions while adhering to SLAs.
