Job summary

The Center For Great Expectations Inc is seeking an Overnight Senior Mental Health Associate for the Adolescent Program. You will supervise MHA staff, oversee shift activities, and promote safe, structured residential environments using the Nurtured Heart Approach and ARC interventions.

Responsibilities include managing resident safety, coordinating transport, maintaining documentation, and participating in program evaluations and trainings to enhance service quality.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of experience working with youth in residential or behavioral health settings.
• Associate\'s or Bachelor\'s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field plus 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily activities on shift and ensure resident safety.
• Supervise MHA staff and provide ongoing performance feedback.
• Maintain proper resident/staff ratios and schedule adherence.
• Coordinate transport to appointments and manage related documentation.
• Facilitate conflict resolution and crisis intervention as needed.
• Participate in program evaluations and training.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
