Job summary

The Center for Great Expectations is seeking an Overnight Senior Mental Health Associate for the Adolescent Program. Under direct supervision, you will facilitate shift activities, oversee scheduling and operations for MHA staff, and promote a safe, therapeutic residential environment.

You will support the Nurtured Heart Approach and ARC, supervise non-clinical staff, coordinate with nursing on medications, and help ensure compliance with regulatory standards and treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Experience working with youth in residential or acute care behavioral health settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to manage crisis interventions and maintain composure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift activities and staff scheduling.
• Maintain resident safety and adherence to treatment plans.
• Coordinate with nursing staff on medication administration and logs.
• Promote Nurtured Heart Approach and ARC in residential activities.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in program evaluations.

Skills

Experience with youth in residential/​

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate or Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology or related field
