Job summary

The Center for Great Expectations seeks an Overnight Senior Mental Health Associate for the Adolescent Program in New Jersey. You will supervise overnight staff, oversee activities, safety, and the treatment plan implementation, while promoting evidence-based approaches and collaboration with clinical teams.

You will ensure smooth operations, document daily activities, and participate in trainings and program evaluations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; 3 years of youth residential or acute care behavioral health experience preferred.
• Current NJ driver’s license required; must be 21+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily shift activities and ensure resident safety.
• Coordinate with nursing staff on medication administration.
• Maintain daily shift schedule and document activities and incidents.
• Lead crisis intervention and conflict resolution as needed.
• Participate in program evaluations and trainings.
• Ensure compliance with licensing and program policies.
