Benedictine Living Community-Rochester Madonna Meadows is seeking a Resident Assistant for the overnight shift in Rochester, MN. This part-time role covers 10pm to 6am, with per-block schedule and every-other-weekend requirements, supporting residents with daily living activities and ensuring a caring environment.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
