Job summary

Benedictine Living Community-Byron is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and maintain their personal environment. You will observe, document, and assist with onboarding new Associates in a compassionate, team-driven setting.

The role requires English communication, BLS, and adherence to medication training. Days shift runs 6am-2:15pm on a block schedule with every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
