Job summary

Benedictine Living Madonna Meadows in Minnesota is seeking a compassionate Part-time Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and to document observations. You will help create a comforting and empowering culture while building meaningful relationships with residents and teammates.

Shift options include 2 pm–10 pm with the possibility to pick up additional hours. No CNA required.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
