Job summary

Benedictine Madonna Meadows in Rochester, MN is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, observe and document changes, and help onboard new associates. This part-time role offers 2 pm–10 pm shifts and does not require CNA certification.

You will join a non-profit senior care organization guided by hospitality, stewardship, respect and justice, with opportunities to grow within a caring team.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and maintain their personal environment.
• Provide observation and documentation of resident status.
• Assist with onboarding of new Associates.
• Complete and maintain medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 or older to operate lift equipment.
• Prioritize tasks independently and efficiently.
• Communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Maintain a high standard of care for residents.
