Job summary

Montage International is seeking an Overnight Security Officer to protect associates, guests and assets on the overnight shift. You will partner with the business to uphold the company’s safety goals, values, and mission while delivering attentive service.

Responsibilities include patrolling, incident reporting, CCTV monitoring, and conducting daily safety briefings. The position requires a HS diploma, 2–3 years of security experience, and CPR/First Aid certification; luxury hotel experience is

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Minimum two to three years of Security experience
• CPR/First Aid certified and ability to present current Guard Card
• Previous overnight shift schedule experience
• Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; daily use of nearly all programs will occur

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols, check doors and safety hazards
• Respond to guest and Associate calls as a priority on patrol
• Draft incident reports and maintain logs including key logs and lost and found
• Ensure daily shift logs and pass-down logs are complete
• Monitor CCTV and maintain surveillance of grounds
• Conduct associate safety training and report hazards daily
• Communicate updates on incidents and provide shift briefings
• Maintain professional security presence while prioritizing customer service
