Job summary

The Overnight Security Officer at Montage International protects guests, associates and assets during the overnight shift, serving as a trusted presence with a focus on safety and service. Responsibilities include interior and exterior patrols, responding to incidents, daily log updates and maintaining a professional security presence across the property.

We require a High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s preferred), 2–3 years security experience, CPR/First Aid and Guard Card; luxury

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of Security experience required.
• CPR/First Aid certified and ability to present current Guard Card.
• Overnight shift schedule experience preferred.
• Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook are expected.

Responsibilities

• Interior and exterior patrols of property; check for unsecured doors and restricted areas.
• Respond to guest and associate calls promptly; handle emergencies as a top priority.
• Draft incident reports; maintain logs such as key logs, lost and found, group resumes, contractor passes, and emergency equipment.
• Ensure daily shift logs and pass-down logs are complete; monitor CCTV and grounds security.
• Provide a professional security presence with a focus on customer service; communicate shift information from briefings.
