Job summary

Montage International is seeking a Security Officer to safeguard guests, associates and assets across the property. You will partner with management to uphold safety, respond to emergencies, and maintain comprehensive incident records.

The role requires 2–3 years of security experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and a valid Guard Card. Luxury-hotel experience is highly preferred, with strong MS Office proficiency expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two to three years of security experience.
• CPR/First Aid certified and ability to present current Guard Card.
• Luxury hotel experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is expected.

Responsibilities

• Conduct interior and exterior patrols of property and check doors and restricted areas.
• Respond to guest and associate calls and emergencies as a priority.
• Draft incident reports and maintain logs (key, lost and found, contractor passes).
• Maintain daily shift logs and pass-downs; ensure CCTV surveillance is active.
• Provide safety training and address hazards; communicate incidents to leadership.
