Securitas is seeking a professional Security Site Supervisor to lead daily security operations at a client site in Houston. This role supervises Security Officers, ensures site procedures are followed, and maintains a safe environment.

The ideal candidate has supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. The position offers a Monday–Friday shift from 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM with a pay rate of $18.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid Driver's License.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or management experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team effectively.
• Ability to pass all required background and licensing requirements.

Position Overview

Securitas is seeking a professional and motivated Security Site Supervisor to lead daily security operations at a client site in Houston. This position is responsible for supervising Security Officers, ensuring site compliance with security procedures, maintaining strong client relationships, and promoting a safe and secure environment.

The ideal candidate will be a dependable leader with previous supervisory experience, strong communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Supervision

• Provide leadership and direction to assigned Security Officers.
• Monitor officer performance and ensure compliance with site policies and procedures.
• Assist with training, coaching, and development of security personnel.
• Conduct routine post inspections and address operational concerns.
• Assist with staffing coordination and schedule coverage when needed.

Security Operations

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for employees, visitors, and client property.
• Monitor security operations and ensure post orders are followed.
• Respond to incidents, emergencies, and security-related concerns.
• Conduct investigations and prepare detailed incident reports when necessary.
• Perform routine patrols and security checks as required.

Client Relations

• Serve as a primary point of contact for client representatives.
• Communicate site activity, operational concerns, and security recommendations effectively.
• Maintain a professional relationship with client management and site personnel.
• Ensure customer service expectations are consistently met.

Administrative Duties

• Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation.
• Maintain accurate records and required security documentation.
• Assist management with operational reporting and communication.

Minimum Qualifications

Required

• Must be 21 years of age or older

Preferred

• Previous security supervisory experience
• Experience with access control, patrol operations, and incident reporting

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and report‑writing systems
