Allied Universal is seeking a Full-Time Security Shift Supervisor for a Facility located in Newark, NJ, with a starting salary of $25 per hour. The role oversees overnight shifts and coordinates security staff to ensure quality service and safety at the client site.

The candidate should have 5+ years of security experience and supervisory experience, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle crisis situations calmly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of quality services on a shift.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager, and officers.
• Coach, recognize, and discipline staff within empowerment range.
• Maintain safety and customer service standards.
• Prepare and maintain logs and reports.
