Job summary

Allied Universal in Newark, NJ is seeking a Full-Time Security Site Training Supervisor to oversee on-site security operations.

Starting salary is $25 per hour. The role requires 5+ years security experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience, plus the ability to train new hires.

You will supervise staff, liaise with account management and field operations, and ensure policy compliance and service quality across shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 5+ years of security experience.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Must be comfortable leading/conducting training for new hires.
• Intermediate computer skills for wireless technology at client sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate delivery of services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within empowerment range.
