Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Part-Time Security Site Supervisor for Secaucus, NJ. The role pays $22.00 per hour to start, with shifts Monday–Friday 10am–6pm. You will supervise a security team, liaise with management, and ensure high-quality service on-site.

Qualifications include 2+ years of law enforcement/military/corrections experience and 5+ years as a security supervisor, plus an active NJ SORA and 21+ age. Comfortable with computers and alarm panel systems is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years' law enforcement/military policing/corrections experience.
• Must have 5+ years of prior security supervisor experience.
• Active NJ SORA required.
• Must be 21+ years old.
• Comfortable using computer or tablet.
• Alarm panel experience.
• Lift up to 40 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality security services on a specific shift at an assigned customer.
• Act as liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and security officers.
• Provide coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range.
