Fairmont Kea Lani on Maui is seeking an Overnight Safety & Security Supervisor to lead the night team, oversee safety protocols, and support the Security Manager in maintaining a secure property. You will respond to incidents, conduct drills, and ensure guest and employee safety across all overnight operations.

The role requires strong communication, supervisory experience, and knowledge of security procedures in a resort setting. Competitive benefits and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• Must speak, read, write and understand English.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• 2+ years in facility/security with supervisory experience preferred.
• Hawaii Guard Card and valid driver’s license required; CPR/AED/First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Overnight Safety and Security team and ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Conduct routine patrols to maintain a safe environment for guests and staff.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems and manage access controls.
• Coordinate emergency responses and conduct drills.
• Investigate incidents, document findings, and prepare confidential reports.
